Bob Berreth founded Great Northern Mortgage, LLC. on the principle that old fashioned, personal service never goes out of style. Bob has over 16 years of experience in the industry, and has held positions as both an Underwriter and Branch Manager. This gives him a unique understanding of the loan application process and allows him to make the process as quick and painless as possible.

Bob focuses on refinances and purchases of residential properties. In most cases, he can tell within 30 minutes of completing your application if you will qualify for a particular loan package. And, with his intimate knowledge of the lending industry and his attention to detail, you can be confident that your loan will be processed quickly and efficiently.
